IViscos

IViscos is a 2% hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) viscoelastic with a nominal viscosity of 4000 cPs. IViscos is clear, sterile and non pyrogenic.IViscos is used during intraocular surgery to protect intraocular tissue, create and maintain space, and to manipulate tissue.
HPMC viscoelastics have been demonstrated to have a high degree of biocompatibility.
Its dispersive characteristics are especially suited for protecting the endothelium. IViscos is supplied in a glass syringe with a 23 gauge cannula.

IViscos Plus is a higher viscosity 2% hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) viscoelastic with a nominal viscosity of 40,000 cPs. IViscos Plus is clear, sterile and non pyrogenic.IViscos Plus is used during intraocular surgery to protect intraocular tissue, create and maintain space, and to manipulate tissue.
HPMC viscoelastics have been demonstrated to have a high degree of biocompatibility.
Its dispersive characteristics are especially suited for protecting the endothelium, while its higher viscosity enables it to effectively maintain space and gently manipulate intraocular tissue. IViscos Plus is supplied in a glass syringe with a 23 gauge cannula.
